Clean room with many extra toiletries provided. Pet friendly is limited. We spoke with someone after making reservation to ask what we needed to bring. My father in law spoke with someone and gave them our name. When we went to check in there wasn’t a room available for dog. They did give us a smoking room with a dog crate on the third floor. They said dogs were only allowed on first floor. We heard another dog on the third floor. Also we were charged $150 hot springs tax. I don’t see this listed anywhere. And we never had the time to use it.

友人10名で宿泊しましたが、軽自動車やコンパクトカーでないと駐車場に止められない事を予約する前に知りたかった。普通車2台で行くと1台止められない。また、ゲーム機も使用できるのかと期待していたのに使用するのにお金がかかる事が分かり、これも事前にしりたかった。あと、お風呂がシャワーしかなく水圧もとても弱くて残念だった。 部屋数は多く清潔で、マッサージチェアがあったのはとても良かった。 日が暮れてからのチェックインだったので、キーボックスの数字が携帯ライトで照らして入力するにも光が反射して数字がかなり見えずらい。中に入っても電源が分かりにくく、どの部屋も電源を探すのに非常に苦労しました。
